My 17 month old still wears a bib. The trouble with this is that it is hard to find one that isn't too small around her neck, that is soft and stylish (because this is important), and I prefer one that doesn't have Velcro closure. It's too distracting. All the exciting ripping noises etc.

Our new favorites are from Sonny Boutique. Designed and handcrafted (always a must) with love and attention to detail, and with super soft organic fabrics. They are absorbent, and have a nice magnetic closure that just seems more refined to me. Also the baby likes to put it on herself but still finds the magnetic closure a "no no" to mess with so she isn't as eager to remove the bib.
